Mission

As an autonomous clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist with certified training in neurofeedback and biofeedback, my mission is to contribute actively to the emotional, cognitive and physical balance of every person who comes to my practice.
I work with confidence in the natural capacity of the brain and the body to self-regulate and to heal. My aim is to offer interventions grounded in neuroscience yet centred on the person – because science is only a tool when it is not accompanied by human presence and genuine compassion.
The values that define my practice

- Self-regulation through applied neuroscience I integrate modern methods such as neurofeedback and biofeedback to support the self-regulation of the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve focus and sustain lasting emotional balance.
- Presence, respect and empathy I offer a safe space in which the client is heard, understood and supported without judgement. I believe in an authentic therapeutic relationship as the basis of any transformation.
- Scientific clarity, not clichés I rely on empirically validated interventions and avoid empty formulas or unrealistic promises. Psychology is a living science, in continuous evolution – and so is my approach.
- Professional ethics and full confidentiality I respect the integrity of psychological practice and uphold an ethical framework at every stage of the therapeutic process.
- Continuous development – my own and that of the people I work with I believe in ongoing training, constant professional reflection and adaptability. I keep learning, updating and staying connected with the most recent research and best practice.
